I've experienced a minor setback. Usually I set an alarm on my cell phone for the time when I want to wake up, but for my midnight nap last night I used the countdown timer function instead. Today I began my first one-month polyphasic sleeping experiment.I decided to try the Uberman sleep cycle, which involves 20-40 minute naps at regular intervals throughout the day. I graduated on May 21 from the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Science, and the Arts. On May 23, my family and I arrived in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
